DON’T PANIC!!! STAY CALM.
Here’s what we need you to do:
DURING BUSINESS HOURS:
- Call Us – (717) 258-4575.
- Give us your name, pet’s name, and the emergency.
- Give your phone number, and repeat your phone number.
- We will instruct you on the care to be given and how best to transport your pet.
AFTER-HOURS EMERGENCIES:
We have two after-hours emergency services in the region:

Please note: when calling Boiling Springs Animal Hospital after hours you will be directed to call an Emergency Clinic. This is the emergency after-hours service provided. If you call the Boiling Springs Animal Hospital number (717) 258-4575 you will be able to leave a message for our doctors. Our pager will be activated and a doctor should call you back within 10 – 15 minutes.
** Please do not leave appointment changes or cancellations on the emergency message line. Call our office during regular business hours Mon-Sat starting at 8 AM to change appointments
